A Great Vegan Dinner at Candle 79

I have been going to vegan restaurants a good amount and we had visited a very good vegan restaurant yesterday that is entitled Candle 79. Because I had visited multiple other vegan restaurants with a style and layout that is similar to that of Candle 79 and I have thoroughly loved the food in those restaurants, I had very high expectations of Candle 79. I had ordered a salad that consists of lettuce, corn, tomatoes, avocado, and wild mushrooms for an appetizer and a special salad that had consisted of couscous, zucchini, corn, and parsley for the main course. The food met my expectations in terms of quality and preparation and was very savory. I had left the restaurant feeling very satiated and adequately full.
