A Very Exotic and Unique Breakfast in New Orleans

Due to the unexpected circumstances of Hurricane Dorian, our cruise ship had ended up going into New Orleans, Louisiana instead of back to the port in Miami. Upon our arrival in New Orleans, we had went to this great cafe for breakfast whose name eludes me. Of course, I had decided to order the alligator sausage omelette with a biscuit and grits on the side when I had seen it on the menu. I had eaten alligator in general one time before and had considered it to taste like chicken. Because I had never devoured an alligator sausage omelette before and I had figured that it was a delicacy in New Orleans given the good amount of unique meat and seafood delicacies that are existent in Louisiana, I had expected the alligator sausage omelette to be decent to good. After almost finishing the alligator sausage omelette, I was very satisfied with the meal and the meal had exceeded my expectations both in terms of the taste and the preparation.
