A very savory Thai meal

 About a week and a half ago, I had dined at a wonderful Thai restaurant on Water Street in Brooklyn. It was entitled Elephant District and their seafood Pad Thai was completely out of this world! It was crispy and flavorful. The food was prepared perfectly and came very quickly. I would absolutely recommend this restaurant to anyone who happens to be in the area.
