A Bowl of Italian Greatness

I had walked into a nice-looking Italian restaurant in the Battery Park City area of Manhattan entitled Inatteso with relatively high expectations for the food. Given that I almost always prefer pasta over pizza and they had mainly specialized in pizza dishes, I had of course chosen one of the few pasta dishes that had looked appetizing which was the tagliatelle bolognese. I have always absolutely loved any dish that involves a bolognese sauce. As expected, I had thoroughly enjoyed the tagliatelle bolognese that they had made for me and was even a little disappointed that it was not bigger. The meal was out of this world in terms of taste and quality. Other than the smaller than expected size and portion, it was great and exceeded my expectations of how good a tagliatelle bolognese could possibly be. I will definitely be returning to that restaurant again at some point.
