Ethiopian food to remember

 This past Saturday, I had the privilege and pleasure of dining at a wonderful Ethiopian restaurant in midtown Manhattan entitled Queen of Sheba. For an appetizer, I had devoured an avocado salad on Injera bread. For the entree, I had eaten Lega Tibs (leg of lamb) also on Injera bread. For dessert, I ate a delicious creme caramel custard. The food was prepared very well and very delicious. It also was served to us in a timely manner. I can happily say that the food fully met and even exceeded my expectations.
