A great Vegan meal

 Recently, I had the privilege of visiting a relatively new vegan restaurant entitled Blossom on the Upper West Side. I had very high expectations for the food given that I had been to other versions of that restaurant before and the food was absolutely superb. The food definitely met my expectations. I ordered two meals from their specials. I ordered a mushroom dish over spinach as well as an orecchiette pasta with a vegan form of sausage and broccolini. I was in heaven with the food the whole time. It was prepared very well and was mixed very well. I had left the restaurant feeling full and satisfied just to the right amount.
